Article 1. The site

The Italian site jean paul mynè (hereinafter the site) is an e-commerce site accessible via the internet at the address The site can be accessed by all subjects connected to the internet (hereinafter users). The site is owned by dima cosmetics srl, located at via annibali, 31/l, 62100 macerata and registered with the business register no. 178648 and through the site is authorized to sell cosmetic products (hereinafter the products) to users who visit the site (hereinafter users).

Within the framework of these general sales conditions (hereinafter the cgv), the term parties will collectively refer to users and dima cosmetics srl. The term buyer will refer to all users who have placed an order to purchase products. The buyer will have the same rights and obligations as the users within the framework of the cgv.

The sale of products through the site is intended for both personal use by users and for their professional activity. For users who purchase for professional use, it is noted that the value of their order must have a minimum amount of 300.00 euros (excluding VAT). For users purchasing for personal use, there is no minimum order amount.

The products purchased on the site will be delivered both in the territory of the Italian Republic and in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Croatia, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Iceland, Montenegro, Serbia, Turkey, Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Principality of Monaco, Norway, Russia, Switzerland, Ukraine, USA, Canada.

Users wishing to purchase on the site, aware of the civil and criminal responsibilities in the event of false statements, declare that they are of legal age according to Italian law.

Every order for products offered on the site implies consultation and express acceptance of the cgv, without this acceptance being conditioned on a handwritten signature by the user. In accordance with articles 1321, 1322, 1326, 1335 of the civil code, legislative decree no. 185/99, implementing directive 97/7/EC, and decree no. 513/97, the completion and submission of the order form, as mentioned in the following art. 4 methods of entering and confirming orders, constitutes a legally binding contract of sale between dima cosmetics srl and the website user, giving rise to reciprocal rights and obligations governed by civil law.

The user can save and print the cgv, provided that no modifications are made. The cgv define all the necessary steps to place an order, as described in paragraph 4 methods of entering and confirming orders and ensure the execution of the order between the parties. Dima cosmetics srl may update the cgv at any time. These cgv will apply to the exclusion of any other document.


Article 2. Products

The products offered by dima cosmetics srl for sale are those listed on the site and available at the time users consult the site.

The photographs illustrating the products are not part of the contractual scope; therefore, dima cosmetics srl cannot be held responsible for any errors and/or discrepancies.

Despite the effort to ensure a faithful reproduction of the colors of the products represented in the photos published on the site compared to the originals, discrepancies are not excluded, particularly due to technical limitations in the computer reproduction of colors. Consequently, dima cosmetics srl cannot be held responsible for errors and/or inaccuracies in the graphic and photographic reproduction of the products on the site

Product availability: the products are offered within the limits of available stock. In case of unavailability of a product, the user will be informed as soon as possible. This communication may be provided to the user: simultaneously with the order request: a window will appear informing that the chosen product is currently unavailable. Users can enter their email address to be informed as soon as the product becomes available again. Subsequently, before delivery, with the sending of an email.

If payment for an unavailable product has been made by credit card, dima cosmetics srl will refund the price of the unavailable product(s) by crediting the amount back to the buyer's bank account.

If the unavailability of a product is communicated after order confirmation, the buyer will have the option to either cancel the order and request a refund of the amount paid within a maximum of thirty (30) days from the debit date, or request the replacement of the unavailable product by sending a related email request to the following address:

Dima cosmetics srl cannot be held responsible in case of stock shortage or unavailability of products. Dima cosmetics srl reserves the right to modify at any time and without prior notice what is proposed and published on the site.

Retention of title. Requested products will remain the property of dima cosmetics srl until the complete and total collection of the price. In case of total, partial, or incomplete non-payment, the buyer undertakes, at their own expense, to return, upon first request, all products purchased and delivered by dima cosmetics srl.

Without prejudice to the aforementioned retention of title, the risks related to the transportation (in particular theft and damage) of the ordered products will be borne by the buyer.


Article 3. Prices and payment methods

Prices: the prices of the products are indicated in euros and do not include VAT for orders for professional use, while they include VAT for personal use orders.

The price invoiced to the buyer is the price established in the order confirmation sent by email by dima cosmetics srl.

The established price does not include delivery costs, which will be invoiced separately and specified to the user before the order is confirmed and at the time of final confirmation.

Dima cosmetics srl reserves the right to change the prices published on the site at any time. In any case, the products, subject to availability, will be invoiced based on the rates indicated at the time of order registration. The applicable rate will be the one indicated on the site, except in cases of typographical error.

Payments: all payments must be made immediately via the internet. Unless the server is unavailable, the user will have the option to make the payment in the following ways:

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard). The buyer must enter their credit card number, expiration date, cardholder's name as shown on the card, and the last 3 digits of the security code on the back of the card.

Paypal. Payments through Paypal are secure and fast. For Paypal, buyer privacy is a top priority. Financial data is safe because it is not shared with the seller. With Paypal, you can pay in a few clicks without having to re-enter your credit or prepaid card details for each purchase.

Cash on delivery. At the time of delivery, the order amount must be available in cash, or by prior agreement before shipment with the customer service office, even with a non-transferable bank check.

Bank transfer. If bank transfer is selected as the payment method, after the purchase, the order summary page must be printed and sent to the fax number 0733 285843 or to the email address, along with the receipt of the bank transfer payment. The order number generated by the system at the time of purchase, order date, customer name and surname, or company information must be included in the transfer reason. The order will be processed within 24/48 hours from the receipt of the payment confirmation by the seller's banking system. In case of non-credit within 5 working days, the order will be automatically canceled.

In the context of combating fraud on the internet, banking operations and any other information related to payment and orders will be checked and conducted with extreme security through the ssl (secure socket layer) system, ensuring the security of data transmission according to current banking procedures.

Dima cosmetics srl reserves the right to refuse all orders or deliveries in the following cases: if there is any dispute with the buyer, in case of total or partial non-payment by the buyer of a previous order, if a credit card payment request is rejected by the issuing bank, or in case of total or partial non-payment.


Article 4. Order entry and confirmation methods

Site navigation: users can view and choose the various products marketed by dima cosmetics srl at the following address: Users can freely consult the various pages of the site, without any obligation to purchase.

Order registration: if a user wishes to place a purchase order, they must choose the various products of interest by clicking on the buy button.

Each new product added to the cart will be indicated by a specific window.

Users can at any time:

View the products they have chosen and modify their order by clicking on the cart button, located in the upper right part of each page,

Resume the selection and purchase of products by clicking on the cart button,

Complete the selection of products and complete the order by clicking on the buy buttons.

To order the selected products, users must click on the cart button. A summary of their order will appear on the screen. If the list corresponds to the selected products, users must validate the selection by clicking on the proceed to purchase buttons.

The user must identify themselves:

Once the user has identified themselves, a window will appear on the screen showing: the type, quantity, and price of the products selected by the user, shipping costs, the total amount of the order, user details, and the delivery address for the products. If the user chooses to pay by credit card, they must confirm the choice by clicking on credit card. The user must then enter their credit card details, as requested on the page. The related orders will be validated after entering the credit card details on the secure page of the bank designated by dima cosmetics srl.

Order confirmation: once the buyer has validated their order and given instructions for the payment, a summary window will appear displaying the transaction number. This confirmation will also be sent to the buyer in the order confirmation email. The confirmation will include all the elements of the contract between the parties, including the requested goods, payment provisions, delivery provisions, information regarding the buyer's right to cancel an order, and the address of dima cosmetics srl to send any complaints. It is advisable in any case to keep a copy (electronic or paper) of the order information.

Once the order is ready and has been shipped, a confirmation email of the shipment will be sent to the buyer.

The data recorded and collected on the site constitute full proof of all transactions concluded between the buyer and dima cosmetics srl. In case of a dispute between dima cosmetics srl and the buyer regarding a transaction carried out on the site, the data recorded by dima cosmetics srl will constitute full proof of the content and transaction.


Article 5. DeliveryDelivery terms and conditions

Orders will be organized by the logistics center and then shipped by the shipping service. The average time required to receive the ordered products is approximately 2/3 working days from the date the order is received.

In any case, orders will be delivered within a maximum of thirty (30) days from the date of order confirmation by the user.

The products ordered by the buyer will be delivered to the address indicated by the buyer on the order form. The buyer undertakes to provide the correct address of residence and/or domicile when ordering the products.

Delivery-related issues

Dima cosmetics will not be responsible for cases where delivery delays are caused by transport services or in cases of loss of ordered products. In the event of a delivery delay, the buyer must inform dima cosmetics srl as soon as possible by sending an email to or by calling the number [0733/280228 from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm]. Dima cosmetics will contact the shipping service to initiate an investigation, the duration of which is unpredictable.

After receiving the ordered products, the buyer must verify that the products correspond to those ordered. Any anomalies found (missing or damaged products, damaged shipping package, etc.) must be noted by the buyer on a form inside the shipping package and must be sent to dima cosmetics srl's customer service (by sending an email to or by calling the number [0733/280228 from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm]), specifying that there is no correspondence between the products ordered and those received.

All complaints sent more than 10 working days after the delivery date will be rejected, and dima cosmetics srl will be released from any liability.


Article 6. Right of withdrawal

The products must be returned by mail to the following address:

Products that do not satisfy the consumer. The buyer has 7 days to return the products, at their expense, if the products do not satisfy them. The cancellation period starts from the day the order is received and lasts until the seventh day after the buyer receives the goods. The products must be returned in their original packaging and must be accompanied by the transport document, addressing everything to the following address: dima cosmetics srl - Via Annibali, 31/l - 62100 Macerata - Italy

Dima cosmetics srl will not accept packages for which shipping costs have not been paid. All risks associated with returning the products will be borne by the buyer.

If the above conditions are met, dima cosmetics will refund the buyer, within a maximum period of thirty (30) days from the date of the cancellation of the order, the corresponding purchase amount. All non-compliant products must be returned by mail to dima cosmetics srl within 7 working days from the date of receipt, in their original packaging, accompanied by the transport document.

The transport costs will be borne by dima cosmetics srl if the decision to return the products results from an error by dima cosmetics srl.

Upon receipt of the presumed non-compliant products by dima cosmetics srl, dima cosmetics srl will examine these products as quickly as possible. If the non-compliance of the products is confirmed, dima cosmetics srl will replace or refund the defective or missing products. In case of a refund of the products, the buyer will be reimbursed within 30 days from the date of such confirmation for an amount corresponding to the price of the purchased products, in addition to the cost incurred for the return.


Article 7. Personal information

Dima cosmetics srl informs that the personal data collected through the completion of the order forms are processed for purposes related to the processing of the orders, the management of customer relations, the execution of promotional activities, and in general to carry out its commercial activity.

In relation to the purposes indicated, the processing of personal data may occur through paper media, computer tools, or telematic systems. The provision of personal data is mandatory, and any refusal to complete even one of the mandatory fields will result in the cancellation of the order.


Article 8. Force majeure

Neither party will be responsible for total or partial non-performance or for delayed execution of its obligations under this contract caused by an event that cannot be prevented (force majeure).

Force majeure events may include, purely by way of example, wars, riots, insurrections, serious internet security disturbances, technical failures, unauthorized access and/or intrusions on the website servers, strikes of any kind, telematic or telephone failures.

If a party believes that a force majeure event has occurred, they must inform the other party within 5 working days of the occurrence or risk of such occurrence.

The parties agree to meet to jointly determine the terms and conditions for order fulfillment during a force majeure event.

After one (1) month of interruption due to a force majeure event, dima cosmetics srl may choose to cancel orders and refund the buyer, if necessary.
